1. The service
NexusKey provides a workspace that helps you discover public conversations, compare sources, and create research briefs. Results may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly classified, or unavailable when a source or provider changes. You are responsible for checking sources before publishing or making a business decision.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information needed for checkout and access. Keep access links and account credentials private. You may not impersonate another person, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use NexusKey to collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.
3. Credits and plans
Creator Pass is a one-time credit pack. Creator Studio and Creator Team are monthly plans. Credits, validity windows, included features, and plan limits are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Credits are not cash, cannot be resold, and do not guarantee a particular research result.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Waffo hosted checkout. NexusKey does not ask for or store full card details. A successful browser return is not proof of payment; access is activated only after NexusKey verifies the signed Waffo fulfillment event.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law or third-party terms, infringe rights, harass people, create deceptive content, evade provider limits, or overload the service. We may pause access when abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or security threats are suspected.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to prompts and original material you provide. NexusKey and its visual identity, software, documentation, and service design remain protected by their respective owners. You are responsible for having permission to use source material in anything you publish.
7. Changes and termination
We may improve, pause, or discontinue features and will update these terms when material changes are made. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for a material breach or security reason, subject to applicable law.

Creator Pass 是一次性 credits 套餐，Creator Studio 和 Creator Team 是月度套餐。credits 数量、有效期、功能和限制以结账页面为准，未来购买可能调整。Credits 不是现金，不得转售，也不保证特定研究结果。
4. 支付
支付通过 Waffo 托管结账完成。NexusKey 不要求或保存完整银行卡信息。浏览器返回成功不等于付款成功，只有在 NexusKey 验证 Waffo 签名履约事件后才会激活权益。
5. 可接受使用
不得利用服务违法、违反第三方条款、侵犯权利、骚扰他人、制作欺骗性内容、规避供应商限制或压垮服务。出现滥用、欺诈、拒付或安全威胁时，我们可以暂停访问。
6. 知识产权
用户保留其提交的提示词和原创材料的权利。NexusKey 及其视觉识别、软件、文档和服务设计受相应权利保护。用户需要确保发布内容使用的来源材料具有必要授权。
7. 变更与终止
我们可以改进、暂停或停止部分功能，并会在重大变化时更新本条款。用户可以随时停止使用服务；发生重大违约或安全原因时，我们可以依法暂停访问。
